We are looking for a part-time Performance Administrator to join our Plant team, working Monday- Wednesday, 9am -3pm.The Role:Work activities vary but will include – telephones to answer, queries to be resolved, follow up documentation to be sent and systems to be updated.Here are a few of the activities you will be involved with…

  • Keeping Training records up to date
  • Data analysis of the Breakdown report
  • Use Management Information systems to effectively capture and report accurate data, ensuring timelines are met.
  • First point of contact with external and internal stakeholders ensuring information is distributed.
  • Undertake business activities to ensure all information is accurate and to up to date.
  • Undertake general office administration duties.
  • Maintain utilisation reports and all live hire reports
