This support could extend across many different areas, such as working with data, researching new technology/digital solutions to identify the best fit to meet client objectives, reviewing communication content, becoming involved in client meetings etc.There is an opportunity for growth within the role for the right person. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail but also a passion for delivering engaging personalised experiences for people. Someone who can support on project delivery and has the interest to help shape future propositions (identifying new and emerging client needs) that continue to support the growth of the business.What’s in it for you?

We will count on you to:
- Provide support to the lead consultant (or broader team communication consultants, if applicable) in delivering client solutions covering all media.
- Work with clients to establish project scope, as well as develop technical documents.
- Understand, review, and validate any data provided by our clients, through the use of agreed data management systems.
- Support the consultant and development team with the review of the quality and accuracy of the communication materials produced against pre-approved technical documentation and the supplied data extracts.
- Coordinate team and, where necessary, 3rd party supplier resources to ensure timely and accurate project delivery, including setting detailed project schedules with achievable milestones and deadlines.
- Office administration – undertake general office administration duties such as weekly completion of timesheets, attending various weekly and monthly meetings.
What you need to have:
- A good understanding of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
- A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience within a marketing / communications / print management environment.
- Educated to degree level ideally in a communication or digital/technical discipline.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Worked or been involved within the employee communications landscape.
- Project management and 3rd party supplier relationship experience.
