Key Responsibilities
- Manage pharmacy operations to maximise profitability and meet KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with GPhC standards and legal requirements.
- Adhere to operational guidance, SOPs, and company policies.
- Optimise stock levels and use automated dispensing solutions.
- Plan and manage business activities to meet standards and deadlines.
- Promote exceptional patient and customer service.
- Lead and develop the team to achieve high performance and customer care.
- Oversee front-of-house operations and ensure a great customer experience.
- Utilise training to maintain a knowledgeable and productive team.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
What We Require
- Previous experience of managing a team
- Previous pharmacy experience
- Effective people management skills.
- Understanding of relevant NHS contractual requirements.
- Understanding of professional regulations relevant to pharmacy operations.
