We are currently seeking a diligent, proactive, and customer-oriented individual to join our team and play a key role in our retail operations.Your Role as a Pharmacy Retail Co-OrdinatorIn this dynamic position, you will:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the retail side of the pharmacy, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to implement merchandising strategies and optimise product placement.
  • Drive sales through effective promotions, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout the retail space.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as necessary, and mitigating loss.
  • Train and support retail staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.

Who We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a retail management or co-ordinating role, preferably within the pharmacy or healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams to achieve sales goals and high customer service standards.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • An aptitude for merchandising and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and the capacity to engage effectively with customers and team members alike.
