Start Date: January 2025Job Overview:We are looking for a qualified Pharmacy Technician with Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) certification to join our clients dedicated pharmacy team at a busy NHS hospital in North Wales. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled pharmacy technician to make a real difference in the delivery of pharmaceutical care.Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accuracy checking of dispensed prescriptions and medications.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and safety standards.
  • Provide high-quality pharmaceutical services to support clinical teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with stock management.
  • Participate in continuing professional development and training.

Requirements:

  • Must be a qualified Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT).
  • Previous experience in an NHS hospital or similar environment is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • 30-minute break

Salary:

  • Band 5/6 depending on experience
  • Rates: £18 – £26 per hour
