LOCATION: Colorado Springs, CO (PELVIC PT)
Briargate/Cheyenne Mountain Split CLIENT: Select
SETTING: Pelvic PT
START DATE: 5/12
GUARANTEE: 36 hours GTE. 40hrs sched per new MSA. Providers in CO almost always get 40hrs a week.ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 26 weeks
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: Pelvic exp.
STAFF: Other PTs on staff
EMR: TherapEBridge (Select bought rights to NetHealth. Bones are the same – just a different interface.)Optional 1hr documentation training is sent to providers prior to starting.
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: Patient Caseload: On Average 11 patients in a 8 hour day or 55 patients/week. Some days more, some days less, depending on Arrival rate and complexity of patients.
Time For Treatments/Evals: Every clinic schedules slightly differently, but generally evals are 45 min and follow ups are 30 min (but the patient is here for longer, there will be overlap).SCHEDULE: Scheduling: M-F, possibly can do 4/10 depending on clinic
ADDITIONAL INFO: ***Client has recently revamped orientation from 2-3 hours to 5-6hours on the 1st day to mainly focus on EMR training.LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS:

BILL RATE: $65-$68 based on exp

- **1st day is unbillable orientation (8hrs)
- Expectation is that documentation is to be done at point of service for all travelers and perm employees.
- 14 day notice for client/provider. In the event fourteen (14) days’ notice is not provided by terminating party, the other party shall bill or collect a credit for a maximum of seventy-two (72) hours subtracting any hours worked after notice is given.
- Any RTO that is not on ADL needs to be approved with manager 30 days prior.
- If census is low or PT has cancelations, expectation is for provider to ask what they can do to at the facility to get hours. If they do not want to help out in order to hit their GTE only actual hours will be billed/paid.
- If clinic is closed/closes early or has delayed start due to inclement weather only actual hours will be billed.
- OT: Any OT must be preapproved by management in writing. OT isn’t paid out until after 48hrs. OT rate will be same as BR in placement since we don’t have providers working 48+hrs per week.
- Select recognizes the following holidays: Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving. Holidays shall be billed at 1.3 x normal hourly rate.
