Liaison with external providers to confirm planning and procurement arrangements in line with delivery business plan.2. Responsible for managing records of expenditure on external suppliers and Purchase Order process is followed and records are complete.3. Provide liaison with central training administration team to provide seamless planning, booking and administration service to customers.4. Support the production of data for customer reports.5. Support the Business Analyst in the development of the training delivery plan, including regular measurement of adherence to plan.6. Provide proactive input into the development of enhanced service to customers to the Training Supplier Manager to manage relationship with centralised administration team in HR Shared Services.About the role (External)Person Specification / Essential Criteria· Excellent communication skills· Ability to organise and prioritise own workload· Understanding of the competence management system· Experience of logistic planningDesirable· Railway experience· Experience of working in a training environmentHow to apply (External)Duration: PermanentLocation: This role is based in Milton Keynes and you must live within 75 / 60 minutes or willing to self-relocate.Band & Salary: Salary £27,000 – £29,159 depending on experience.Closing date: 17th April 2024.
