Job description

Are client within the NHS are currently recruiting for 3 x Plumber (Band 5)Working hours Monday-Thursday 8am-1630pm and Friday 8am-4pmMust have-

• Own tools and PPE
• Ability to interact at all levels
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Computer literate
• Driving license (Manual)
• Work to deadlines and may be required at any London site

Duties:

• Carry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine
• Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to mechanical and heating, hot and cold water plant, equipment and services
• Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently
• Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installations
• Adhere to relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists
