If you have a passion for providing top-notch service, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow your career, we encourage you to apply!What We Can Do For You:Base Salary plus Bonus – Average of $90,000 with the potential to make up to $180,000!Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Savings PlanPaid Time OffCompany vehicle, gas card, phoneCompany uniformPaid TrainingCareer Development and Growth OpportunitiesFun & Rewarding Work EnvironmentResponsibilities:Receive dispatch notifications, write estimates, and convert sold estimates to invoices using a company-provided iPad.Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace all plumbing issues promptly.Perform water heater repairs and installations.Clear clogged drains using various cable machines.Conduct pipe repairs, garbage disposal replacements, toilet repairs and replacements, and sink repairs and replacements.Perform crawl space and under-home repairs, excavation, and sewer mainline repairs.Provide multiple options to customers in the form of “Good, Better, Best.”Provide clear explanations of diagnoses and proper solutions.Qualifications:2+ years of residential plumbing experience is required.MUST have a valid California driver’s license.Able to lift up to 60 lbs.Willingness to be a team player.Powered by JazzHR
