If you have knowledge and experience in teaching plumbing, we would welcome your application!As a plumbing teacher, you will have passion and enthusiasm for developing and nurturing the next generation of plumbing professionals. Our Construction Faculty has an excellent record of delivering vocational plumbing courses with employability embedded at their heart. This is achieved through excellent relationships with industry and the employment of experts with extensive professional experience within the teaching team. We deliver well-established and highly successful professionally accredited courses in plumbing and we are looking for people who can bring, not just skills-based learning, but positivity to their lessons so that our students enjoy their experience while learning.This role is part time (22.5 hours per week), permanent contract.As a Plumbing Teacher, you may be eligible to apply for an additional payment of up to £6000 from the levelling up premium payment scheme. This is available for eligible teachers in their first 5 years of teaching in Further Education. Learn more here:What do you need to be a Plumbing teacher at Activate Learning?You will be working towards creating and delivering excellent teaching, learning and assessment on our courses at our Reading college. Our students are eager to learn and therefore we want to appoint someone that has a genuine interest in working with and developing young professionals, providing them with a high level of knowledge that they can utilise in their future careers.Ideally, you will be a qualified plumber with vast amount of industry experience, along with a passion for developing skills of the future generation.
