In this role, you will analyse the project portfolio and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will help ensure that our portfolio of projects is sustainable, financially viable, and will meet the corporate business plan.You will monitor the performance of a portfolio of projects and programmes, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Analysing project data to identify trends, identifying risks and delivering mitigation strategies and escalating issues when necessary.The successful candidate will assist in the management of resource allocation across the portfolio, whilst collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between project objectives and organisational goals.About youWe are looking for someone with proven experience as a Portfolio Analyst or Project Analyst or someone who has experience in a similar role, supporting multiple projects within a structured portfolio. You will be experienced in the direct delivery of large ICT projects or implementations, with a strong understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies, such as PRINCE2. MSP, Agile or similar frameworks.You will have excellent attention to detail when managing data, plus a qualification in the below:
- ITIL Foundation
- Prince 2
- Equivalent MSP Agile
