Each staff member has something to bring to the role and we encourage staff to use their humour and sense of fun and creativity in supporting our individuals with day to day life.Where You Would Work: Lisburn Enhanced PBS ServiceLisburn Enhanced PBS Service is a bespoke service supporting adults under Domiciliary Care Registration. We support individuals with mental ill health, learning disability and autism and who may present with behaviour of concern and those who may require low level personal care. The service utilises the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework. This role can involve rewarding community outings, intensive staff interaction and enables the people we support to improve their quality of life.We hope that the people we support will thrive and they are central to all decisions that involves their life. Salary dependent on experience.
