Are you passionate about supporting young adults with autism?Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of an outstanding autism specialist school that is looking for a dedicated Post 16 SEN Teacher. We are seeking an enthusiastic educator to join their committed team and help guide students through their first steps into further education and employment.Position: Post 16 SEN Teacher
Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 per annum
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Horsham
Contract: Full-time, permanentAs a Post 16 Teacher, you will be responsible for providing careers guidance and teaching BTEC courses, helping students with autism prepare for life beyond school. You will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of each student, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.What we are looking for:
- Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with autism
- Ability to deliver BTEC courses and provide careers advice
- Passion for helping students transition to further education or employment
- Strong communication and team-working skills
- Commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
