About the roleSupporting faculty and supervising Post Production students in an applied learning environment across all 4 years of the degree program. Successful candidates will have advanced knowledge and experience in post-production digital workflow from pre-production to delivery across a wide range of platforms.
Experience, competencies & qualifications

  • Diploma in Fine Arts or Film Studies
  • A current practice and in-depth knowledge of Film and Television Post Production, in documentary, factual and scripted
  • A strong understanding of the aesthetics and language of film editing across genres
  • Knowledge of post-production digital workflow from pre-production to final delivery
  • Knowledge of post-production software including: Avid Media Composer, Adobe Post Production Software, DaVinci Resolve
  • Knowledge of colour correction and grading in Media Composer and Davinci Resolve
  • Proven ability to work and collaborate effectively as a part of a team
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  • A proven record of teaching experience is preferred
  • Previous experience working and collaborating within a large and diverse team is preferred
  • Professional working knowledge of Teams, Zoom and related online teaching platforms and apps
