  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Manage chronic conditions and provide preventive care
  • Administer vaccinations and immunisations
  • Perform wound care and assist in minor procedures
  • Deliver health education and promote well-being in the community
  • Work collaboratively with GPs, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
  • Maintain accurate medical records and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC licensure
  • Experience in primary care or similar healthcare settings is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with patients across all ages and backgrounds
  • Competence in medical documentation and basic IT skills

  • Ability to record accurate clinical notes
  • Ability to work within own scope of practice and understanding when to refer to GPs
  • Chaperone procedure
  • Womens health (cervical cytology, contraception, etc.)
  • Immunisations (routine, childhood and travel)
  • Chronic disease management in [list as appropriate]
