FULL TIME, PERMANENT
SALARY $40K + Up to $3K Bonus + Yearly salary increases of up to 6%
(100% on-site) – Brampton
Hours: Mon – Fri – 8:30am-4:30pm (35 hours/wk.)

ResponsibilitiesJob Summary:You will be responsible for creating all quotes for customers as well as other miscellaneous accounting duties.Duties:

• Receive quotation requests via e-mail or fax.
• Verify & check all information provided to determine if all requirements are met for quotation and production.
• Contact customers to obtain more or missing information to resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare all quotations considering production perimeters.
• Thrive for zero defects in preparing quotations to maintain profitability of the company.
• Follow up and resolve any quotation issues.
• Maintain filing systems for all quotations on the computer network and in hardcopies.
• Record incoming cheques and prepare daily bank deposits.
• Process credit applications for new customers and provide credit reference on the existing customers.
• Issue credit memos and record dollar values for month-end reconciliation.
• Purchase and manage office & printer supplies.
• Back up for Accounts Payable and Billing Associates.

Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• Minimum of 2 years of Accounting Clerk experience.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
• Proficiency in Excel.
