Our client school, located in Southend, Essex is passionate about education, and the well being of their staff children and wider community! They are seeking someone that can join them, ideally on a full time basis.
Job Responsibilities: As a Primary School Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning. Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
Collaborating with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies
Communicating with parents and guardians to promote student achievement
Participating in staff meetings and professional development activities
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in a primary school setting
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Dedication to continuous professional development
