• Deliver high-quality teaching to primary school students
• Follow the curriculum guidelines and lesson plans provided
• Manage the classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
• Assess students’ progress and provide feedback
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and behaviour
• Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
• Certificate in Education (Cert Ed)

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fieldExperience:Prior experience teaching in a primary school setting is preferredKnowledge and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
• Effective classroom management skills
• Organisational and time management abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications or training in specific subject areas
• Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
