  • Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons that inspire and engage primary students across various subjects and year groups.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students, including those with special educational needs and English as an Additional Language (EAL).
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement an innovative and enriching curriculum that aligns with educational standards and school objectives.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and the wider community to promote student success and well-being.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice, pedagogical knowledge, and leadership skills.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with primary-aged students, either as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced educator.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and pedagogical approaches to facilitate effective teaching and learning.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion, diversity, and equity within the school community.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to the school’s ethos and values.
  • hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
