We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about their work and willing to engage in extracurricular activities at school. Ideally, you will be available for 2 to 5 days a week, with access to your own transportation and open to traveling up to 30 minutes. Schools urgently require teachers, so the sooner you’re available, the better, as bookings come in daily.Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of the current KS1/KS2 curriculum
  • Effective classroom behavior management
  • Providing emotional support to students, particularly those affected by COVID-19
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
  • Implementing school policies and ethos
  • Encouraging creativity in lessons and play
  • Maintaining a positive outlook and active listening skills

Essential Requirements:

  • PGCE or QTS qualification
  • Previous experience teaching in Early Years (KS1/KS2)
  • Availability for 2-5 days per week
  • Ability to provide a 10-year career history
  • Two reputable references
  • UK residency

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • UK driving license

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
