Role: Teaching Assistant (Full-Time, Term-Time)Why This Role?

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to learners or assist small groups.
- Act as a positive role model within the classroom.
- Assist the class teacher with resources, activities, and classroom management.
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
- Collaborate with fellow staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
- Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to work every day.
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for working with children and inspiring a love for learning.
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children or in a care-giving role.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Confidence in supporting individual students or small groups.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship available).
