Your role will involve offering one-on-one assistance and conducting small group sessions to ensure that every student receives the guidance and encouragement they need to excel. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering effective lessons.
- Provide individualised support to students to facilitate their learning.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and report findings to the class teacher.
- Address student’s personal needs, including minor first aid and overall well-being.
Desired Skills and Qualities:
- A genuine passion for education and child development.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to classroom activities.
- Previous experience in an educational setting or relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ) is preferred.
- Enhanced DBS check (we can assist if you don’t already have one) and eligibility to work in the UK.
