1:1 Teaching Assistant – Primary School in CrawleyAre you passionate about making a difference in a child’s learning journey? We are looking for a committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support children with Autism, ADHD, and behavioural needs in a mainstream primary school in Crawley. This role is ideal for someone with experience in SEN support who can build strong relationships and provide tailored assistance.About the Role:

• Work closely with a child on a one-to-one basis, providing individualised support.
• Assist the class teacher in creating a structured and engaging learning environment.
• Help the child develop key skills, manage triggers, and build confidence in the classroom.
• Encourage positive behaviour and implement strategies to support learning objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience supporting children with additional needs in an educational setting
• Understanding of Autism, ADHD, and behaviour management techniques
• A valid DBS or willingness to apply (we can assist with the process)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
