Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer business and technology needs to design technical solutions.
  • Conduct workshops to identify integration opportunities with Microsoft technologies like Power Platform and Azure.
  • Lead all phases of the Dynamics 365 implementation lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Provide expert knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure capabilities.
  • Develop technical proofs of concept for unique and complex scenarios.
  • Coordinate deliverables with technical teams, both onshore and offshore.
  • Contribute to business development through technical proposal writing, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Mentor team members to enhance technical knowledge.
  • Support project management in planning, tracking, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in pre-sales activities, including discovery workshops and proposal writing.
  • Expertise in configuring, customising, and implementing Dynamics 365 Enterprise Solutions (FSCM, Customer Engagement, Commerce).
  • Proven track record of developing integrations with external systems and recommending technical approaches.
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience in R&M
  • In-depth experience with Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform and Azure.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in requirements gathering and solution design.
  • Ability to mentor team members and contribute to technical knowledge development.
