We are seeking a PP Service Technician to drive field efficiencies and maintain customer satisfaction whilst delivering profit for Konica Minolta and to provide a technical solution to resolve customer issues.

What we are looking for:
To be successful in this position:
- You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence
- Networking Knowledge
- Knowledge of operating sytems
- Complete all product training courses either in person, virtually or web based
- Analytical knowledge using office products
- High level of customer communication skills
- MPlus outward trained
Desirable
- MPlus Expert or Master Level Trained
What will you be doing?
- To achieve key performance targets as directed in order to maintain optimum customer satisfaction
- To respond to customer calls in a timely and professional manner, identify and resolve technical faults and undertake any part replacements as they arise.
- To resolve incidents and avoid physical visits actively remotely.
- To undertake relevant training as directed by the Field Service Manager, in order to ensure up to date knowledge are maintained for all Konica Minolta Multi-Function products, to include overnight residential training as required.
- To undertake all repairs in a safe manner and in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and Health and Safety legislation.
- Maintain & regularly review own personal development plan, utilising a wide range of development activities on & off the job
- Advise management if a machine should be exchanged or returned to the company for investigation ensuring the investigation is carried out in a timely and efficient manner so that exceptional customer service is delivered
- Provide support and advice on technical matters through service meetings, training sessions, field accompaniment and other methods as appropriate.
- To maintain car stocks and follow ordering process.
