We want to talk to you!Join our community.As we grow our Private Banking business in the UK, we would like to speak with ambitious Bankers or Advisers who have a proven background in managing high-net-worth client relationships.Our clients value our advice. And that’s where you come in as their trusted advisor.You’ll be proactively managing a Private Bank portfolio of circa 100 high-net-worth clients, providing banking services and investment advice on a growing range of financial needs. You’ll be maintaining and developing your portfolio, maximising retention of existing clients and their holdings. By developing your clients into primary banking relationships, you’ll effectively grow the value of your portfolio.The difference you’ll make:Delivering an individual contribution plan and an exceptional client experienceAchieving net portfolio growth in line with approved objectivesIdentifying, understanding, and helping clients with their changing needsDemonstrating deep understanding of wider financial affairs and financial products to ensure that knowledge is comprehensive, and client focusedMaintaining up to date and compliant records to ensure relevant internal standards and external regulatory requirements are observedWhat you’ll bring:Investment knowledge and the required qualifications (QCF Level 4 minimum) is essentialRecently providing investment advice with an appetite to deliver the best experience & outcomes for your clients.It would also be nice for you to have:Comprehensive knowledge and delivery of wealth structuring tools and investment approaches to high-net-worth clientsA good knowledge of wider financial markets, with exposure to the full range of banking products and financial planning industryRisk management and control experience gained within Private BankingWhat else you need to know:We want our people to thrive at work and home, and we recognise that many people benefit from flexible arrangements.
