Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Private Banking Fulfillment Officer supports the Private Banking business by delivering operational expertise and support to enable fulfillment of client requests in an effective, efficient, and client-focused manner. These requests include transactions, wire payments, investigations, and account openings. You will be working Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 pm. (with possibility of shift change from 9am to 6pm) and will have the opportunity for a hybrid work environment with the ability to work remotely two days per week in addition to working onsite at our Place Ville Marie office three days per week.What will you do?Provide superior execution and delivery of client transactions and maintenance in an efficient mannerAct as the problem resolution champion leveraging appropriate partners to resolve client concernsDemonstrate knowledge and understanding of operational processes, including account opening and maintenanceIdentify and recommend solutions to improve efficiencyWhat do you need to succeed?
