A well-regarded law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to lead its Tax & Estate Planning offering in Bournemouth. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a new office and work with a highly respected team.The Private Client Solicitor will be:

• Leading the development of the Tax & Estate Planning offering in Bournemouth
• Managing a varied caseload including wills, trusts, LPAs, and estate administration
• Advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax and trust law
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Driving business development and networking initiatives

• A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years PQE in private client work
• Experienced in complex tax and estate planning matters
• STEP qualified or working towards qualification
• Skilled in drafting, problem-solving, and client communication
• Commercially minded with a proactive and flexible approach
