As Private Client Support Coordinator at our Global Office, you are part of a team that brings the legend of Belmond to life. You will support the global Private Client sales team to deliver exciting and memorable experiences to direct end consumers to achieve Belmond worldwide sales targets. If you are looking to become trusted support for the global team, this is your moment.Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist Private Client Managers with the pre and post sales process and act as a support for Belmond’s VIC clients.
  • Maintain contact with Belmond properties to assist with clients’ stay, such as restaurant reservations, car transfers and confirming itinerary of experiences.
  • Support the team with monitoring and tracking client engagement strategies and events, assisting with developing reports and presentations to share results.
  • Work alongside the global Private Client team to monitor CRM data management including: maintaining B2C contact records, data cleansing, merging duplicate records, tracking and research of client sales.
  • Assist with the organization of trade shows and events focusing on the luxury B2C market.
  • Assist with the planning of educational trips to key Belmond destinations for Private Client managers and LVMH partners.
  • Conduct ad hoc research projects when required.
  • Assist with tracking and distribution of client gifting to the global private client team and direct clients.
  • Communicate directly with Belmond private clients in a professional manner.
  • Assist with preparation of reports, power point presentations, and agendas for meetings.
  • Administration of expense records and invoicing.
  • Organization of travel itineraries for the private client team – including visas, hotels, flights, etc.
  • Act as an ambassador for the team at all times and carry out all assistant duties in a diplomatic and efficient manner.

  • The role is generally able to benefit from our current hybrid working policy where team members are expected to attend the office on their Team Day plus two additional days (i.e. 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remotely).

  • 3+ years of experience within an administrative and/or project management role.
  • A demonstrable interest and passion for the luxury and travel sector drawn from previous experience.
  • Ability to treat privileged information with discretion.
  • Strong oral and written English language and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with Excel and PowerPoint being a particular strength.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
