Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?As a Process Analyst you will support a team that challenges status quo by understanding the intent of processes and discovering new ways to do old things. You will help alleviate the administrative burden on Advisor teams and enable them to better serve their clients by finding efficiencies in processes they do every day.Using your analytical and facilitation skills, you will document process from end to end starting with the client, to the Advisor and Branch Management teams through to fulfillment in Operations. You will help to identify areas of opportunity to eliminate redundant steps and to optimize processes.What will you do?

  • Create end to end process maps documenting the current state of prioritized processes
  • Identify all roles, systems and time required for the steps involved
  • Understand the intent / why these steps are done
  • Obtain alignment and agreement on processes
  • Use data to prioritize size of opportunities
  • Stay current on new rules and process while also looking for opportunities to streamline the process and remain curious to find innovative ways to do old things

Must haves

  • Attention to detail, facilitation and organization skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other MS programs
  • Knowledge/ willingness to learn Wealth Management procedure and controls
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt and multi-task
