Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in the Public Sector? Look no further! Our esteemed client in Ipswich is searching for a dedicated individual to join their team as a Processing Data Quality Officer on a full-time temporary basis.
Position: Processing Data Quality Officer
Location: Ipswich, Environment Agency
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (37 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £10.66 per hour, with a holiday and pension scheme.
Work Environment: Fully office-based with convenient on-site free parking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Input data onto spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- System Finalization: Complete system processes, transferring data seamlessly to different platforms.
- Data Integrity: Regularly verify data on internal systems to maintain quality standards.
- Document Organization: Skilfully move documents to designated folders, ensuring an organized workflow.
Ideal Candidate: The perfect fit for this role possesses:
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable with data input and proficient in using spreadsheets, particularly Excel.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and commitment to maintaining data quality.
- Experience: While experience in data input is advantageous, a willingness to learn and adapt is equally valued.
