As we’ve delivered on this mission over the last 35 years, we have become the market leader in global telehealth services and digital health solutions for an extensive client base of Fortune 500 companies, NGO’s and governments around the world.About You:The Product Agility Lead role’s mission is to oversee Agile Development Practices across H3S and ensure we are creating an environment that fosters collaboration, transparency, empowerment, and incorporates a value-driven mindset within our digital product teams.The Product Agility Lead role is a newly created and enduring role that will lead the development, training and adoption of Agile practices throughout H3S Digital from idea management through to delivery. The goal of the Product Agility Lead is to improve business agility, increase collaboration between across H3S (Product, Engineering, Delivery), stakeholders and external vendors, and implement delivery processes that support the business and product strategy. Product Agility Leads embrace agility as a practice and removes impediments that prevent the product development teams from delivering value to customers. Product Agility Leads take a flexible approach with Agile practices and understands that every situation requires different needs. The role requires a strong ability to problem solve and an ability to respond to change while driving Agile frameworks that result in quality product delivery and continuous improvement.About You (con’t)The Product Agility Lead will have structured interfaces with:

  • MSAS Leadership Team

The Product Agility Lead will understand the goals of the business in order to identify opportunities for improvement around scaling Agile, Product Management, as well as assisting with maturing Software Development, Product Management, and delivery practices. This role will work with leaders to develop a strategy, including ways of working, team structures, and tooling that will allow us to achieve the objectives and key results for the product.As a first step, the Product Agility Lead will be in charge of practices between H3S BAU Development teams and Re-platforming Devlopment done by AND Digital. The role will also oversee all Agile & Product Management practices, continuous improvement, and impediment removal for the migration of TravelTracker to ManagerView project.The responsibilities of this role will expand to the broader organization as those two projects progress.Key Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities: * Work across H3S to improve organizational Agility

Operate as a “Player-Coach”Role will need to lead the Agile delivery of one or more Scrum teamsRole Profile:Required Competencies

  • Expert in Agile and Scrum framework and its application in Product Development and delivery organization
  • Ability to collaborate and influence with people at various levels, domains, and business lines
  • Experience developing shared internal training & learning materials around Agile and product transformation
  • Ability to mentor and coach using skills such as facilitation, coaching, and conflict management; executive coaching experience, and ability to coach multiple teams across the product
  • Ability to work across domains such as product management, engineering, and delivery
  • Communicate technical challenges and impediments to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to understand challenges and guide individuals, teams, and H3S organization towards improvements

Qualifications:Required Work Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in leading Agile Transformation; Demonstrated understanding of scaling frameworks; experience using various Agile frameworks such as Kanban
  • Product Management experience
  • Strong Leadership qualities as well as the ability to operate with virtual teams based globally.
  • Interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Experience in complex software development projects
  • Experience applying Agile practices in large, complex organizations
  • Experience working and coordinating with external vendors

Additional Qualifications:Required Languages

  • Excellent proficiency in verbal and written English. Other languages are an advantage

Travel / Rotation Requirements

  • Travel occasionally to meetings in other Intl.SOS regions – as assigned

Remote Working Requirements, as applicable

  • Job duties are to be carried out as assigned, in accordance with the job description, when working remotely
  • Remote work to be performed on company provided devices at all times
  • Expenses incurred for remote work (e.g. internet/telecom access, peripheral equipment, office supplies, etc.) will not be covered by the company
