Implements and configures the software, within the boundaries of the project plan, according to specified requirements and following best practices. Installation and technical setup of the platform, employees will be at client site or through a remote connection. Delivering functional, technical or project information to sales that can be used as input for commercial proposals or as information documents.

Our rapid growth and continuing success means we have an opening for an experienced Data Installer (Product Analyst) to join our team in St. John’s, NL. The Data Install team is the first technical introduction for brand new Verafin customers. We are fighting financial crime – one new customer at a time!
Role Responsibilities
Set up Secure File Transfer Protocol connections
Work with customers to receive and validate data
Set up custom import code
Work with customers to validate data in the application
Resolve issues from validation
Essential Skills & Experience
Graduate of a technical college program
1 – 3 years experience
Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities
Strong organizational and time management skills required to effectively manage changing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding customer support skills
Knowledge of some or all:
Object-Oriented Programming
JSON
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Linux Scripting (GREP, SED, AWK)
SQL
XML
