Product and Strategy Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving all product marketing activities, developing comprehensive marketing and content plans, and collaborating closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies.

What you’ll do
- Go-to-market: contribute to the go-to-market strategy, with the relevant stakeholders, and be a key contributor in our market segmentation (addressing different stages of the buyer’s journey), strategic positioning, channel selection, and pricing strategy;
- Market research and intelligence: Conduct deep dives into market research and competitive landscapes, ensuring our offerings aligns with market needs;
- Measure and analyze marketing performance: Track key metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize our product marketing efforts;
- Copywriting and content development: Write and coordinate product messaging and (technical) content to support both internal and external communication across various channels and media;
- Content strategy: Keep a close look at industry insights and trends to inform and shape the content plan;
- Conduct content audit, provide insights to support strengthen brand positioning and support building a compelling brand presence;
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimize go-to-market strategies;
- Ad-Hoc Contribution to Events and Campaigns: Provide support to the marketing team in the consistent messaging and strategy on events, such as product launches, brochures, landing page, booth design.
About you
- You have a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing;
- 5+ years of proven experience in Product Marketing or similar role;
- Advanced skills in developing detailed buyer personas and mapping customer journeys;
- Experience in a B2B tech company is a must;
- Interest in the Energy Sector;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset;
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- You are fluent in English.
