We are looking for someone special to join our team to help us make luxury something we can all enjoy everyday.Where we need your helpWe are seeking a growth-focused Product Manager (Growth) to spearhead our digital expansion and drive the development of our commerce ecosystem. This role requires a growth mindset, where you will be responsible for optimising platform performance and delivering outstanding customer experiences that drive business performance.You will report to the General Manager, Business Systems. This team integrates Business Systems and Product Management to create innovative solutions that combine bespoke development with top-tier technology, supporting our core services and operations.As a Product Manager (Growth), you will play a critical role in shaping the customer journey on our ecommerce platform. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the digital experience, optimising performance, and driving conversion rate optimisation. You will collaborate closely with growth, data, and development teams to align product strategies with business goals and priorities.What you’ll doGrowth and Performance Optimisation:● Partner with the Head of Ecommerce and lead relationships with the broader Ecommerce and Growth teams to define and deliver customer and commercial growth metrics.● Create a dynamic environment by challenging and being challenged by growth and marketing teams to drive innovative solutions and business growth.● Define KPIs and embed tooling to improve the quality of measurement and speed of insight.● Structure performance improvement through clear reporting and champion data-informed decisions to enable effective planning and prioritisation (e.g. including customer data, payment data, site speed, performance data)● Lead initiatives for ongoing development and performance enhancement of the ecommerce platform.Digital Product Strategy and Roadmap:● Lead the digital customer product strategy and own the roadmap, aligning with business goals and priorities.● Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with customer needs and business objectives.● Communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organisation, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress.● Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for innovation and differentiation.Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and User Experience (UX):● Develop and execute strategies to optimise the customer journey and improve conversion rates, revenue per visit, and retention metrics.● Conduct A/B testing, user testing, and other experiments to gather insights and validate hypotheses.● Lead our CRO program, collaborating with UX, data, growth CX, and other stakeholders to enhance user experience and drive performance.● Lead the design and enhancement of the website’s user interface and user experience.● Ensure the ecommerce site is user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.Product Analytics and Reporting:● Define and implement comprehensive product analytics metrics and reports to continuously monitor site funnel and platform performance.● Analyse data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.● Collaborate with data engineers and the data team to develop and maintain necessary data infrastructure.● Drive the use of these metrics across the organisation to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.What you’ll bring● Proven experience overseeing the launch of new features and integrations from ideation through deployment, ensuring adequate QA and risk management, and working with development teams to swiftly resolve bugs and tech debt.● Expertise in assessing the impact of new features through clear KPIs, monitoring performance and usage, and presenting actionable recommendations, while continuously refining departmental processes to improve efficiencies in an agile environment.● Be data driven, passionate about metrics, and continuously evaluating how your products are performing – and driven to continuously improve them.● Demonstrated experience implementing and scaling a successful conversion rate optimisation programme.● Be familiar with ecommerce platforms and the integration of microservices and APIs into a frontend application.● Be a real team player, able to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team and able to bring together a diverse group of people behind shared goals.● Have strong stakeholder management skills and an effective communicator, both written and verbal skills.● Have experience of working within a team that uses Agile, Lean or other software development methodologies.● Be self-motivated, highly organised and able to manage time effectively.● Ability to multitask and prioritise, and comfortable working autonomously under own initiative.To be successful at Monica Vinader…● You are a doer● You’re a team player● You’re humble● You are honest, straightforward and transparent● You are a good teacher/mentor (approachable and accessible)● You want to get your hands dirty● You solve problems● You are resilient● You are flexible● You are entrepreneurial, smart, and passionate● If you don’t know something, you say so.
