Cavan Ref: S011541RecruitmentPlus on behalf of our client have a great new role for an Associate Product Manager to join the team of a global leader in manufacturing. This Product Manager position will support the local and international teams with the development of their product range which spans multiple industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical, energy and industrial engineering.This position will suit recent graduates or those with a couple of years experience with an engineering background and must be available for occasional travel.Requirements:Technical Degree / Qualification in Engineering or Science OR relevant experience in a manufacturing environmentProficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPointStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentExperience of ERP systems would be an advantage but not essentialKey Duties & Responsibilities:Work with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, sales, and customer service to support the product ranges and deliver customer requirementsLiaise with the data team to ensure all product data and information is correct and up to dateGenerate reports and analysis in areas such as sales trends, production costs, margin etc.Be the point of contact for sales and customer services on product enquiriesAssist in the creation and maintenance of product documentation including specifications, user guides and training materials.Analyse and monitor industry and market trends along with competitor activityAssist with developing product strategies and roadmapsSupport the development and execution of product launch plansParticipate in product planning and review meetingsIf you have the relevant qualifications and experience and are interested in this position, please apply now and Ciara who is based in our Northeast office will be in contact if you are suitable.If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, please feel free to contact us directly.
