The ideal candidate for the Product Marketing Manager will possess a proven track record in crafting and executing effective product marketing strategy, branding, and digital campaigns, demonstrating a keen vision for design, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior. You will make impact with the following responsibilities:

Customer Understanding:

  • Utilize customer insights and feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development decisions.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring that all marketing efforts resonate with the target audience.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in both B2C and B2B segments.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to inform product positioning and differentiation.

Vision Integrator & Product Promotion Strategy:

  • Integrate market vision and promotion strategy by working collaborative with product management, communications, and market launch experts to create and implement targeted product marketing strategies, ensuring effective communication of product features and benefits.
  • Together with the marketing communications team, develop and execute promotional initiatives to drive sales and market share.

Design Vision:

  • Provide creative direction for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and contemporary design trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing communications and design teams to develop visually appealing and effective promotional assets.
  • B2C and B2B Engagement:
  • Tailor marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B audiences, understanding the unique needs and preferences of each segment.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including consumers, retailers, and business partners.

Branding and Positioning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies that align with the company’s vision and resonate with the target audience.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand image across all channels and touchpoints.

Digital Campaigns:

  • Lead the planning and collaborate with communications on the execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Utilize various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach and convert target audiences.

Performance Measurement:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in consumer goods marketing, with a focus on both B2C and B2B markets.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to elaborate marketing plans and execution.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, digital marketing trends, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA is a plus.
  • Agile planning for marketing releases is a plus

  • The pay range for this position is $125,000 – $150,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
