While foundational relationships and a partnership strategy are already in place, you will take ownership of these over time, ensuring they continue to grow and evolve in alignment with our business goals. Your primary focus will be to strengthen and expand this network, enabling us to achieve our ambitious revenue targets. You will be the key point of contact for these partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and long-term value creation.You will have 5-10 years of experience in relevant fields, which could include generalist roles, commercial and business development, or product management with a commercial focus. You will be based in London or Dubai and will work closely with internal teams to drive growth, execute partnerships, and enhance our market presence.We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will take full ownership of the partnerships function, playing a pivotal role in driving the company’s success.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of and further develop relationships with key partners, including banks, stablecoin ecosystem participants, and product providers, to drive new product growth.Refine and take ownership of the partnership strategy to ensure it continues to support our revenue targets and business objectives.Coordinate deal execution and support negotiations, ensuring favorable commercial terms and long-term alignment.Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to align partnership efforts with business objectives.Track, analyze, and report key partnership performance metrics to assess impact and identify areas for optimization.Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in financial services and fintech.Requirements5-10 years of experience in a relevant role, including business development, partnerships, or product management with a commercial focus.Proven track record of executing and managing strategic partnerships, particularly in fintech, banking, stablecoins, or related industries.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to structure and close complex deals.Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and take ownership of key business functions.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.Comfortable working across international markets and managing diverse partner ecosystems.Willingness to travel as needed to build and maintain relationships.Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a critical function and directly contribute to the company’s ambitious growth trajectory.
