Our client, a leading cheese manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Workers to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Cheese ProductionLocation: Grantsburg, WIPay Range: $17.50/hr – $18.40/hrWhat’s the Job?
- Packaging loafs of cheese on a rotational line
- Performing the packaging operation of string cheeses, monitoring the machinery and ensuring quality of the product
- Sets up and sanitizes all machines prior to daily operation and dismantles and cleans after daily operation
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and accurately records all production information
- Learns the cheesemaking process which is highly automated. Most of the shift is monitoring the machines that make the cheese
What’s Needed?
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs
- Steady standing, lifting, and stretching
- Must be able to work as part of a team in a changing work environment
