This role requires an open-minded and proactive individual who is ready to contribute to My Clients success.Key Responsibilities

  • Convert planned orders to production orders at the point of kitting.
  • Check for shortages during conversion and advise purchasing, maintaining a spreadsheet of these shortages.
  • Enter site commit dates.
  • Review pick lists for unpicked items, addressing genuine stock issues or CPN/MPN/BOM discrepancies by amending production order component lists and coordinating with stores.
  • Monitor shortage reports and respond to production and customer service enquiries.
  • Assist with stocktakes and resolve production order variances.
  • Support material transactions as needed.

Required SkillsTo excel in this role, you should have:

  • Previous planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems (SAP experience is desirable but not essential).
  • High competence in Microsoft Excel (essential).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a systematic approach to tasks.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
