Production Planner Administrator

As an experienced Production Planner Administrator you will ideally have proven relevant experience in a manufacturing industry. Experience of computerised enterprise resource planning and stock control systems is desirable, together with an analytical and inquisitive mind.
Production Planner Administrator responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage production schedules and plans to ensure efficient workflow
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and materials for production
- Monitor inventory levels and track materials to ensure availability for production
- Prepare and maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation
- Assist in the preparation of production budgets and cost estimates, inputting orders into Sage
- Experience with ERP systems for production planning
- Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery
- Implement and improve production planning processes and procedures
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments related to production planning
Knowledge and Skills required for a great Production Planner Administrator are listed below,
- Proven experience in a production planning or related administrative role

- Proficient in using production planning software and tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
