We are currently seeking for Production Scheduler.
Starts from £12.20 p/h
Rotational Shift Pattern
Day shift
6:30am – 6:30pm WK1 5 days WK2 2 days or 6:30am – 6:30pm
3DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning Function
· Required to schedule production lines, co-ordinate raw material and liaise with planning, production and logistic department on a daily basis. Responsible for ensuring 100% customer service levels are delivered to all customers.
· You will manage the daily/ weekly production schedule and use information from our protean system and Innova to maximise production efficiencies and giveaway reductions
· Using company planning systems you will action production demands and schedules
· Control all operation activities for each production line within a central station
· Analyse and publish work orders for all production areas
· Maintain the production schedule and other reports as required
· Working with the site Operation managers, Production managers, and shift planners, you will sequence manufacturing information as to deliver finished goods on time
· Effectively communicate with cross functional departments when last minute plan changes are required
· Establish, maintain, and ensure strong working relationships with all other internal departments as needed to ensure open communication and attainment of all production requirements
· Build through knowledge of all factory capabilities and constraints
· Maintenance of planning / scheduling tools and systems
· Any other duties commensurable with the role
KPIs
· Maintain and analyse supply scheduling KPI’s and recommend improvement plans
Continuous Improvement
· Take responsibility for, and always promote, workplace organisation
People
· People management not part of role

· Optimise energy usage, looking at opportunities for energy reduction and carbon footprint reduction.
· To work in a manner that actively seeks to reduce any negative environmental impact in relation to the processes and procedures operating within their area and across the wider business e.g. reduction of waste, recycling etc.
