- In this role you will manage and lead a production team to achieve shift targets, overseeing the day to day production operations for all cylinder filling activities on the site
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental regulations
- You will also monitor production processes and troubleshoot operational issues
- Moreover, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency
- Maintaining accurate shift reports and performance metrics
- Collaborating with other departments to meet production schedules and customer demands
What makes you great
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing management role
- You can demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
- In addition you have strong problem solving abilities with a focus on process improvement
- Experience in the industrial gases or related industry is a plus
- Advanced/ third level degree in Engineering, associated discipline or trade qualification desirable
