Additionally, employees enjoy wellness programs, flexible work arrangements, and various discounts and perks to support their overall well-being and work-life balance.We are actively seeking an experienced Program Analyst who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Security Assistance Directorate (AFSAC)/WFO Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.The Air Force Security Assistance Directorate (AFSAC) delivers airpower capabilities to strengthen international partnerships and advance national security by providing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support to all United States (US) partner nations, worldResponsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Manage and track official correspondence to ensure responses are timely and accurate, supporting the entire Portfolio.
  • Perform duties akin to an Action Officer, including preparing briefings, developing, coordinating, and completing analysis on suspense responses, and formulating recommended courses of action for leadership decisions. This involves utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for document preparation and SharePoint for task tracking, with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making at the general officer level.
  • Oversee the tracking of work in development, ensuring projects remain on schedule and are progressing as planned. This includes coordinating with different departments and team members to gather information and updates for ongoing projects.
  • Assist in the preparation, scheduling, and coordination of materials for internal/external briefings and reports. This involves taking detailed meeting minutes, preparing comprehensive presentations for leadership, and ensuring clear and effective communication of all necessary information.
  • Produce and review correspondence and reports efficiently using standard USAF office automation software programs.
  • Provide administrative support to the RSO Operations (OPS) suspense and tracking team. This includes assisting with meeting coordination, project task execution, and maintaining the electronic workflow mailbox.
  • Prepare weekly status briefings and assist with the closure of suspense’s, leveraging their strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Responsible for turning data into actionable output and communicating that information to AFLCMC senior leaders. This includes researching, assigning, tracking, and coordinating with various higher headquarters or directorate-level offices, ensuring efficient and effective dissemination of information.
  • Assist in updating/retrieving information in the center MS SharePoint document library and utilizing NIPRNet and SIPRNet for communication. This role requires a proactive approach to task and project management, with the Contractor compiling and formatting directorate level inputs to support center responses.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Clearance: Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and up to three (3) years of relative experience or
  • Five (5) years of directly related experience

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

  • May be required to lift 50 lbs.
  • May be required to travel within the organizational geographic area of responsibility
  • Some travel may be required
