Overview:Integrity Initiatives International ( ) is an international NGO focused on combatting grand corruption by strengthening the enforcement of criminal laws against corrupt leaders, also known as kleptocrats. III works to end grand corruption by: supporting national measures, such as the High Anti-Corruption Court in Ukraine; promoting understanding of the close connection between high level corruption and the worst abuses of human rights; forging a network of young people dedicated to combatting corruption in their own countries and around the world; and catalyzing and coordinating a campaign to establish the International Anti-Corruption Court (IACC).III is a fiscally sponsored organization of TSNE ( ).Responsibilities:The Program Assistant works remotely from their personal home office in the New England area and the courthouse in Boston, MA. This position reports directly to the Managing Director & Program Director of III and also works closely with the Special Assistant to the Chair.The Program Assistant position is a unique opportunity for a new or recent graduate to gain experience working closely with III’s staff, board, and partners, who include leading international jurists, former cabinet ministers, and civil society leaders, among other prominent individuals from around the world.The position is temporary for 6 months, after which time there is the possibility of an extension or the transition to regular employee based on III’s needs.Essential FunctionsThe Program Assistant participates in the full range of III’s activities, including:
- Support the Chair in his daily work on III projects;
- Prepare itineraries and travel arrangements for the Chair and other partners when necessary;
- Schedule and participate in meetings with partners, board members, and other prominent individuals;
- Write a detailed summary of each meeting;
- Help organize and distribute materials prior to meetings;
- Help organize logistics for events such as webinars, conferences, and meetings with partners;
- Conduct research and write memos on matters concerning international law, grand corruption, and anti-corruption efforts;
- Help copy edit communications materials, including newsletters, press releases, brochures, executive summaries, social media content, etc.;
- Help maintain III’s electronic and paper records. Electronic records include a Google Drive, emails from partners, online publications, contact lists, and other similar records. Paper records include folders for each initiative, business cards and contact information, to-do lists for the Chair, and other similar records;
- Help maintain III’s website using SquareSpace;
- Assist in financial management tasks including submitting expense reports, tracking contributions, sending acknowledgment letters, fulfilling invoices, and contributing to financial reports;
- Other duties as assigned by the Managing Director & Program Director.
Qualifications:We will consider exceptional candidates who demonstrate a strong combination of the specific qualifications and skills described below.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- 0-3 years of applicable work experience;
- Knowledge of law, politics, international relations, or a related field;
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- A high level of responsibility and accountability;
- A passion for ending grand corruption;
- Ability to exercise discretion and good, independent judgment in dealing with members of III’s board and its partners;
- Authorized to work in the United States;
- Valid passport for international travel;
- Experience working for a non-profit preferred;
- Experience with MailChimp, Squarespace, Canva, Adobe Suite, and similar applications is a plus.

Compensation and BenefitsLocation:Work will be hybrid performed both remotely from their personal home office in the New England area and from the courthouse located in Boston, MA. Travel within the United States and abroad possible.Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday including early mornings and occasional nights and weekends.Compensation: The pay range for this position is $21-$24/hr and is commensurate with experience.Benefits: This position is eligible for a full benefits package including:
