Position: Program Assistant- Temporary, Part-Time
Reports to: Manager, Teach Abroad

What you’ll do:

  • Use calls, texts, and emails to perform sales outreach to interested Teach Abroad & TEFL leads, and to respond to inquiries about our programs.
  • Review applications for Teach Abroad programs.
  • Outreach to applicants to resolve missing application pieces.
  • Reminder phone calls, texts, and emails to keep participants on track with tasks and deadlines.
  • Other tasks and projects as needed.

What you’ll bring:The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • Sales oriented: proactive and engaging.
  • Customer service oriented: empathetic and patient.
  • Excellent phone and email communication: professional, efficient, and enthusiastic.
  • Independent worker.
  • Experience studying/living/teaching abroad preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Location Requirements:The position is available to candidates in the United States, except for candidates residing in:

  • Washington (State)
  • Colorado
  • California
  • Jersey City, NJ
