Your responsibilities will include ensuring the programme meets critical entry into service milestones and adheres to safety and regulatory standards.In this role, you will manage the development, execution, and delivery of a comprehensive programme of projects, ensuring they are completed to agreed scope, time, cost, and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with Alliance partners and their representatives to align project goals, address any challenges, and ensure that the projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.About the role (External)Some of the key accountabilities of this role are:1. Develop and manage the EIS team, monitoring adequate resources available to deliver a flexible, competent, skilled and effective workforce at all times.2. Ensure that all the discipline scope required to complete the EIS stage is contained within the integrated programme and meets the EIS programme date.3. Monitor and control the Integrated Programme so that it considers cross-programme/discipline requirements.4. Recommend best for programme decisions to the Entry into Service Lead to ensure programme adherence.5. Implement an assurance framework and KPIs for programme management activities.6. Ensure there is an appropriate Risk Management Strategy in place to ensure risk is being managed and mitigated.7. Ensure the delivery teams across all disciplines are aligned and where gaps are identified, they are highlighted and a best for project/programme priority decision is made.8. Lead the integration/co-ordination of blockade stages including all required documentation.9. Ensure the production of blockade/RED worksite documents such as PCPs, Management Plans, and any other bespoke document requirements.11. Deliver the effective development and management of suppliers and staff to meet all corporate rules and means of control (including standards), in particular those relating to safety, quality and environment, and disseminate lessons learned.12. Deliver the effective development and management of suppliers to meet programme requirements.13. Identify and implement quality and efficiency improvement initiatives.14. Develop the capability and professional development of staff within the programme and project management teams.15. Liaise with internal and external customers to address customer needs by fully understanding them and taking them into consideration in any strategic or policy changes that may arise.16.
