Rate: £95-£125 per dayEden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic Progress Coach for a Further Education College in Lancashire.This is a full time temporary role to start asap until the end of the academic year.The purpose of this role is to provide pastoral care, educational and careers guidance and support to a case load of learners on the Study programmes, to ensure they are positively engaged with the learning journey, fully stretched and achieve their goals.The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of working effectively with young people in an educational setting
- Experience of liaison, advocacy and collaborative working
- Experience in working with learners on a 1-2-1 basis and in groups
- Experience of coaching and motivating learners of different ages and abilities
