Fixed Term Contract Duration – 5 MonthsWhat the Hiring Manager saysQuilter Change is Quilter Group’s primary engine for the delivery of business and technology change including the provision of robust infrastructure and IT service operations that Quilter can depend upon.
Quilter Change is delivering the Membership Re-Papering Project. It is in the Delivery stage of the Project Lifecycle. The project will be responsible for re-papering all Appointed Representatives (ARs) onto a new Membership Agreement, whilst considering changes to technology, processes and people.About the RoleYou will be part of a team that values working together, supporting each other and delivering high quality change to enable our people and our business to prosper. Before any contact can be made to AR’s, a Project Administration Assistant is required to carry out the following tasks:

  • Data collection for Distribution:

This will involve collecting different bits of information from systems such as IO, Commpay, WorkSmart and others for AR’s across Quilter Financial Planning (QFP). The data collected will enable the project to start re-papering AR’s onto a new Membership Agreement.

  • Query Management:

Monitor and manage queries from ARs when re-papering starts, and a contract is sent out for them to sign. Utilisation of a central mailbox, to work with the business and ensure these queries are answered accurately, in a timely fashion and in conjunction with Relationship Managers (where appropriate).

  • Adviser Servicing:

Work alongside the Project Administrator to contact and instruct providers of the change of legal entities for each AR and ensure back end processes are completed on time. (E.g payments redirection, FCA Registrations, Reconciliations and Novations).You will be a key part of the team providing centralised support helping to deliver the administrative and data collection elements of the project, to improve team efficiency and enable them to focus on ensuring AR’s transition to a new contract efficiently and effectively with minimal impact.About YouYou will have an analytical mind set and the ability to use data and metrics, to analyse and present clear actions and information. Preferably adept in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint and be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
