The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Project Administrator (IT Delivery)

Location: Hybrid (Peterborough 2-3 days per week and home working)

Do you enjoy working as part of a project delivery team ensuring a variety of key drivers are tracked effectively? Do you have experience with Microsoft Project Online, Project for the Web and Power BI reporting tools ensuring data is accurate? Do you have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with a variety of stakeholders?

If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you to join the IT Delivery Team within Global Technology Services to support the team in delivering an exciting portfolio of IT projects across all AB Agri businesses. This role will focus on providing Project Delivery reporting and administrative support to the Delivery Team and IT Finance Business Partner.

What you’ll be doing:

• Project Delivery tracking reports
• Support mandate administration & Resource planning
• Project Systems Administration & Controls
• Department Budget, invoice tracking and cross-charge management
• Project Cost Tracker to Finance systems Reconciliation
• General admin such as meeting bookings

What you’ll bring:

• Use of Microsoft Office applications including excellent Excel skills
• Good interpersonal skills and communication
• Attention to detail and methodical
• Working knowledge of Project methodologies and lifecycles (Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid)
• Practical experience of Power BI Report production
• In depth knowledge of MS Project and Project Online
• Experience of working in a project team/project management office/Project Co-ordinator role
